Spiral Stairway
Searching for the right spiral stair can be difficult.
There are so many choices you’ll come across from super cheap to crazy
expensive, right? So how do you decide what’s right for you? We want to be sure
you realize what other spiral stair companies are often quoting for you in
comparison: Many other companies push a low price spiral by simply selling you
a KIT—they just pull parts off a shelf, box them up, and ship them to you for cheap--
but you need to realize that “cheap” also means you may likely have to sift
through almost 20 pages of instructions, cut parts to the right length
yourself, drill holes where needed yourself, and even try to form the handrail
yourself. All of this to end up with a stair that looks… well, like it was a
kit! But you should ask yourself: Will it even look good after you go through
all of that? Will it feel like it sways from side to side when you walk on it?
Is the handrail even made of metal? How much is your time and frustration
worth? Worst of all, will you be stuck settling with a stair that you don’t
like?
That’s why we don’t
sell kits!!
Instead, we build beautiful spiral stairs 1 at a time to
fit your project. After assembly, each stair is just Knocked-Down (dis-assembled)
into smaller components which are easy for you to handle.
When requesting a quote we suggest you choose a riser option. Without a riser (open space between two treads) your stair may not meet your local building code as the space between the treads exceeds the 4" sphere rule.

Our iron spirals are completely assembled at the factory, then “knock-downed” for easy shipment and on-site assembly.
IMPORTANT: Iron balcony railings can NOT be cut to length on site. Iron balcony railings are very sturdy because they are built to job specifications. All posts are welded to the railing. Let us determine the railing lengths. Supply a sketch of the finished opening with your order, including drywall or other finish material.
