Featuring:
Poplar - smooth texture and fine grain - ideal for painting or darker stains. Color variations from white and yellow to some light green.
Red Oak - features beautiful open grain patterns. Color variations are from reddish tan to medium brown.
White Oak - like Red Oak, is chosen for its open grain patterns. color variations are from light grayish tan to medium brown.
Cherry - smooth texture with beautiful rich colors and flowing grain patterns. The color variations may be from white to pink or brown. Cherry usually darkens with age and stains beautifully with most shades of stain
Birch - strait grained wood with good finishing characteristics. Colors can vary from creamy white to medium brown.
Ash - excellent finishing wood. Lighter than Oak, straight grained and is nearly white in color.
Hickory - smooth hardwood with dramatic color and shade variations, from almost white to medium brown. Pin knots, bird pecks and mineral streaks make this exceptionally dense hardwood beautiful to stain if you want to enhance the natural color variations.
Walnut - steamed to bring out the dark pigments of the wood. It has a smooth texture and the color variations (before steaming ) are from white to dark brown.
Hard Maple - smooth texture with uniform grain and light coloring. It is generally creamy in color and may have some mineral streaks. A heavy and dense hardwood that accepts light stains well and paints beautifully.
