Set-Up Fee Formula:
If the total of all CRV# ordered is less than $2000 List, there will be a 15% up-charge.
Minimum up-charge will be $40 List.
The up-charge will never be greater than $200 List. Note: White River and Limited Reserve cannot be combined for $2000 total.
The up-charge is not figured in the price shown on the screen, it will be calculated at B&B after the order is placed.
