	PLAM: Bonded Plastic Laminate Particleboard Core Door High Pressure Laminate opens a whole new way to look at "wood" doors. The end user gets exactly what they are looking for with none of the variations involved with wood. Plastic Laminate is available from Wilsonart, Pionite, Formica, Nevamar and Arborite. Plastic Laminate doors are constructed using a layer of High Density Fiberboard to prevent telegraphing. Edges can be matching laminate or stained / painted.
	PC5: Particleboard Core Door Using the same components used to produce our PC5-B doors, our PC core is not bonded to the stiles and rails. We use the same high quality veneers used to make our PC5-B doors which meet or exceed all industry specifications and standards. Available in a wide variety of veneer species and sizes the PC5 door offers quality, performance and beauty without compromise.
	45-MIN: Fire Resistant Core Door Each door is made using what we call mineral core. There is drywall with fiberglass within the mineral core material. These doors use specific stile and rail components. The higher the minute rating indicates a smaller amount of visible glass available. There are restrictions regarding lite kit sizes.

	PC: Particleboard Core Door 9-Ply Using the same components used to produce our 5-ply. Available in Plain Slice Red Oak and Rotary Natural Birch. The PC-9 door offers quality, performance and beauty without compromise.
	IHC5: Institutional Hollow Core Door Sometimes a doors needs to be lighter in weight, but still have blocking for complex hardware situations. Institutional Hollow Core (IHC) is your answer. Our IHC doors weigh 1/3 less than a particleboard door providing the ease of movement needed in certain situations.
	HC: Standard Hollow Core Door Standard Hollow Core provides the lightest weight door available. We can also quote the HC door with extra internal blocking to allow for different hardware configurations.
	SCL: Structural Composite Lumber Core (Universal Construction) Structural Composite Lumber (SCL) allows maximum flexibility and strength. SCL doors can be cut down without regard to stile and rail size limitations. SCL doors can also be used when white boards or clothing hooks need to be applied to one surface. We recommend that SCL cores be used for all full lite flush doors.
	PC5-LL: Lead-Lined Bonded 5-Ply Particleboard Core Door When radiation protection is needed use our lead lined door series. We offer 1/16". 3/32" and 1/8" lead thicknesses based on your protection needs. You can pick any species and pre-finish color including plastic laminate and primed hardboard. Purchasing lead lined doors from B&B allows the entire order to ship without waiting for the lead lined doors to arrive from a different manufacturer.
	PC-PHB: Primed Hardboard Perfect for painting, primed hardboard offers engineered performance perfect for your paint grade project. The components used to manufacture PC-PHB doors meet the same specifications as our PC-5 doors. FPC-PHB is also has economical advantages over "paint grade" wood doors.
	PC-5 NAUF : Bonded 5-Ply Particleboard Core Door (No Added Urea Formaldehyde) Specifications often demand that door assemblies be made with "No Added Urea Formaldehyde" (NAUF). Using components and adhesives that have no formaldehyde added you can be assured that these doors will meet these new demands.
