PermaLite Square Colonial Cap & Bases New low profile base designed for use in railing applications will eliminate the need to notch the Tuscan base that was previously required for the bottom rail to meet building code requirements.
PermaLite does not include installation kit or PermaFlashing Neck Mold is not included. Sold Separately.
