polymer resin/glass fiber reinforcements.
Tuscan Cap and Base sets
include Flashing and bottom installation hardware. For top and bottom
install hardware order an additional 17040.
Flashing is not available
for alternate cap/base styles and is not included if only buying a
Tuscan cap and alternate base.

What You Need to Know
• Height listed is the column shaft height.
• Cap and base slides over shaft. The shaft rests on the floor. When installing a column, ensure concentric
loading of column. 100% of bottom must contact substrate and 75% of top must contact soffit.
• Permacast columns used exterior should not use dark colors unless using head reflective paint.
• For transportation purposes, small sections of split columns are left partially intact.
• Neck Molding included with each column and can be field applied
• Pre-drill columns prior to installing screws.
• Automotive body filler works great for minor repairs.
• When attaching hand rails and brackets, holes must be pre-drilled.
• Use a screw with a wide thread pattern, i.e. deck screw, concrete screw or hollow wall anchor. |
