V1342 Screen & Storm Door Closer

V1342 heavy duty aluminum pneumatic (air pressure) closer can be mounted on out swinging medium-to-heavy weight full view metal storm or security doors. This closer has a full 90 degree opening range, is factory lubricated and has an adjustable closing speed. Easily adjust the closing speed and force without tools using the thumbscrew dial at the end of the pneumatic tube.

· SETUP: V152 heavy-duty pneumatic (air pressure) door closer is designed for out-swinging medium-to-heavy weight storm, or security doors. Door closer measures 12-1/4” long (un-extended, center hole to center hole), with a tube length of 10-1/2" and a diameter of 1-1/2”.

· DURABILITY: This heavy-duty door closer has a high level of durability that can withstand repeated opening and closing throughout the day

· SPEED CONTROL: Easy-to-use thumbscrew dial that requires no tools to increase or decrease the closing speed or force.

· CONTROLLED CLOSING: Fully lubricated spring stretches to allow the door to open a full 90 degrees before it pulls the door closed at a controlled pace. By using air within the pneumatic tube to cushion the force of the door, it prevents it from slamming and preserves the life of the closer, the door and the door frame.

· HOLD OPEN WASHER: Effortlessly adjust the hold-open washer to keep the door open to desired position.

· READY TO INSTALL: All installation hardware is included, no additional parts need to be ordered or added; comes with seasonal latching adjustment option on the jamb bracket to switch between a glass or screen insert
