Vents: Floor and Wall
Floor vents, Wall vents and baseboard models available unfinished in most wood species. Standard and custom sizes available.
We offer:
- Self Rimming (in floor), versatile for wood, tile, carpet, laminate, marble and vinyl floor coverings. 3/8" x 1" overlay. Standard sizes: Lengths: 8" to 32" in 2" increments. Width: 2-1/4, 4", 6", 8", 10"
- Flush with Frame (in floor), Designed to install
with ¾” flooring
- Flush (in floor), 3/4" thick
- Cold Air Return (in wall)
- Three Dimensiional - Baseboard (in wall)
- Cubed (in wall or ceiling)
To Order:
- Self Rimming: Measure air duct opening
- Flush with Frame: Measure air duct opening
- Flush - Add 2" to width and length of air duct opening for back support
- Three Dimensional - Add 2" to length of air duct opening.
- In floor: self supporting
- Wood vents wider than 6" are not made to walk on without additional wieght bearing support in air duct opening. Wood vents are also not made to walk on with narrow heels.
- Ceilings/walls: Use screws , hook & eye catches with springs or cabinet door catches.
To FInish:
- Apply 3 coats or more on all sides/edges to protect against excessive dryness. When applying color stian brush or wipe on.
